Ancient Primitive Order of Hérédom™

Terms of Service

These terms govern your visit to heredom.org, the official website of the Ancient Primitive Order of Hérédom™, published by its Sovereign Grand Council. By visiting this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the remedy is simple: do not visit.

1. The Site

This site is the Order’s official public record, published for information and reference. Nothing on it is an offer of membership. Membership in the Order is by petition, and is granted or refused at the sole judgment of the Council.

2. Property of the Order

Everything on this site — its texts, documents, translations, images, arms, emblems, seals, and the name and marks of the Order — is the property of the Ancient Primitive Order of Hérédom™, or is published under its authority. You may read it, and you may link to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, harvest, or adapt it, in whole or in part, without the written permission of the Sovereign Grand Council.

3. Conduct of Visitors

Visitors will not scrape or harvest this site, interfere with its operation, impersonate the Order, its Council, or its officers, or present the Order’s documents as their own. Access may be refused, on this site and on the Order’s pages elsewhere, to those who violate these terms.

4. The Record

Historical documents are reproduced as they are held. This site is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, and the Council may correct, update, or withdraw any page at its sole discretion.

5. Outside Services and Links

This site loads Google Fonts and offers a Google Translate widget for the reader’s convenience. The Order is not responsible for the content or the practices of outside services or of any site linked from this one.

6. Correspondence

The Order receives correspondence in writing through this site, and is under no obligation to answer. The Order conducts no business through social-media messaging.

7. Changes

These terms may be revised at any time. The version published on this page governs.
